THE BBQ

Old Crow Smokehouse pays homage to the diverse BBQ styles served across the USA. Award-Winning Executive Chef Tony Scruggs describes the Old Crow style of BBQ as “Chicago Style” in which he blends the best of the main BBQ styles found across the country to create a truly unique taste. Scruggs uses his own secret blend of Applewood and other fruit woods in the smoker, and uses his signature “Scruggs Rubs” throughout the menu from the barbecue sauce to the seasoning on the handcut fries. The smoked BBQ menu includes favorites such as smoked brisket, pulled pork and beer can chicken which spend anywhere between 12-14 hours smoking and filling their respective neighborhoods with an amazing, hunger-inducing aroma.
